Communicating your brand and company goals to the community in a fun and engaging way to build a work force that feels a part of a “team” and not just an employee is no easy task. We worked with the Desert Recreation District to create a brand image that began with a logo and grew to encompass an entire hiring campaign consisting of posters, transit advertising, postcard mailers and an internal company newsletter. The result? The Desert Recreation District hired a super engaged team that was excited about their goals for the community and side note… it grabbed us another National Award for graphic design and effective communications.
